In the recently released video, Alex points out a house in Tacoma that the company just purchased. He says, “This is a very interesting situation. You see, the seller wanted to sell this house, but unfortunately, he was forced out of his house by a restraining order that his tenant had against him. And so, the seller had to live in a trailer outside while this beautiful house was occupied by a tenant who was actually not even paying rent. The seller was running out of money. He had this house and couldn’t do anything. He couldn’t even get a real estate agent to go inside the house because of the restraining order.”
“So he contacted us,” Alex went on to say, “about two or three weeks ago and Viktor came out, saw the house and made an offer. The seller thought about the offer, took it and now, here we are. Two weeks or so later, we closed on the sale of the house, purchased the house. The seller got what he was hoping to get for the house. We actually helped him when he did an eviction, which he got because the tenant wasn’t paying. So here we are. We did the complete deal in about two and a half weeks.
