According to The Zone Escape Rooms business owner, “In order to keep customers and staff safe during this challenging time in our world, we’ve implemented changes to our services, most importantly that all bookings are now private. This means that you and your group will never be mixed with strangers or people outside the group you book with. We’ve also staggered the start times of all our games to help reduce the chance that you’ll be around others in the lobby. In the event that you are sharing the lobby with others, we have sectioned off our lobby for others to easily stay at least 6 feet distance apart. We have also expanded the time between our bookings so that our staff has ample time to deep clean and sanitize everything in each escape, as well as the lobby and other common areas before the next group arrives.”

Additionally, to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, The Zone Escape Rooms is also providing hand sanitizer and disposable gloves for any customer who is interested in using them. For our staff and customer safety, all staff members of The Zone Escape Rooms are mandated to wear face masks at all times, especially when in the proximity of the guests. Frequent hand washing, using soap and water, is also mandated for staff members to ensure a safe and fun experience for all customers.
