Open Casting Call for Docuseries: From Ground Zero to Career Superhero
Seattle, Washington – Super Purposes™ is debuting a new docuseries From Ground Zero to Career Superhero! The series will detail the lives of 5 unemployed or underemployed individuals during a 12-week online job search during the COVID-19 pandemic. Anyone over 18 in North America is encouraged to audition for this opportunity that will smoothly guide them to attain the job and salary they deserve.
Although many entertainment production companies are on hold due to the global recession, SuperPurposes™ is creating a virtual experience that will show an in-depth look at the struggles of applying, interviewing, and securing a job in the new pandemic world. The casting call starts with a 5-minute online application lasting until early February.
Callbacks will take place throughout February with filming beginning March 1st. The cast will film their daily strides and struggles from the comfort of their own home via Skype career coaching calls and weekly video diaries. Every episode will premiere this spring on Super Purposes™ YouTube Channel.
As unemployment rates in the US set unprecedented records every day, Super Purposes™ goal is to unveil an enigmatic formula to land stellar remote job opportunities. During the 12-week journey, the cast will engage in exclusive career mentoring, including coaching with world renowned experts, completing customized online courses, and navigating a step-by-step road map to overcome career challenges and prosper in their job search. The humorous content takes the fear and formality out of the exhaustive job interview.

Interviewing for a new job is intimidating, and Super Purposes™ aims to empower their audience by turning a common fear into a super power. By the end of the series, each participant will be able to: obtain industry-specific LinkedIn connections, attract recruiters, master the interview, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage multiple job offers.
