Mental Health Startup ReachLink Announces Partnership to Improve Outcomes
FEBRUARY 4, 2021 – ReachLink, a fast-growing telemedicine company headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, announces a partnership with Boston-based Eleos Health to improve mental health outcomes. The partnership will utilize Eleos’ Care Intelligence solution, based on proprietary artificial intelligence and natural language processing technologies, to quantify and improve outcomes for people with conditions such as anxiety and depression.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, demand for telemedicine services dramatically increased last year. Visits increased by 154% year-over-year by April 2020, according to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Many analysts are predicting this trend will continue for the foreseeable future.
