Pacific Dental & Implant Solutions has been offering services since August 2009 when Dr. Jmi Lilinoe Bassett Asam, after a few years away from her hometown, returned to fulfill her dream of serving her community with innovative resources and generous assistance. Since then, Dr. Asam has been performing with integrity in a welcoming, modern, but above all, professional environment.
Dr. Asam attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Immediately following graduation from college, she went on to earn her degrees in dentistry. Dr. Asam graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She is the first female resident of Hawaii and native Hawaiian to graduate from the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Following her D.M.D. Degree, Dr. Asam attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for three years of additional specialty training in Advanced Prosthodontics, enabling her to utilize state-of-the-art techniques to take care of even the most challenging patients.
