Solana Saga will be released soon after VERTU’s Web3 phone METAVERTU
According to sources, Solana Web3 phone Saga will be officially launched next week. Moreover, Solana Mobile’s official Twitter has hinted several times this week that the Saga phone is ready for the next phase. In response, METAVERTU, the Web3 phone that was released last year ahead of Solana, immediately tweeted on Feb 21st to welcome Saga and hope to build the Web3 mobile ecosystem together.
METAVERTU is made by British luxury phone brand VERTU, which calls itself “the world’s first Web3 phone”. As a mobile phone manufacturer with 25 years of history, it is a far-sighted step to expand into the Web3 field. The phone has both Android and Web3 systems, a DApp store that provides a platform for decentralized applications, the ability to mine and create NFTs, and the VERTU Concierge service, a unique feature of all VERTU phones. METAVERTU was released in London in October 2022, a few months before Solana’s Web3 phone.
